1. Where we ship
We currently ship across India only, to every serviceable pin code. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Shipping cost
Shipping is included in the price you see at checkout — there is no separate shipping charge added at payment.
3. Production and delivery timeline
Because personalized books are made after you order, please allow:
- 4–5 days from payment for your book to be produced and made ready to ship.
- An additional few days for courier delivery, depending on your location.
Our target is to have your book delivered within 10 days of payment. This is a target, not a guarantee — remote pin codes or high-demand periods (such as festive seasons) may take a little longer. If your order is running behind, you’ll see an updated status if you check with us, and we’ll let you know rather than leave you guessing.
4. Order tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email (and WhatsApp, if you’ve opted in) so you can follow its progress.
5. Payment options
We accept online payment via Razorpay (cards, UPI, netbanking, wallets) and Cash on Delivery, where available for your pin code.
6. Packaging
Every book is carefully packed to prevent damage in transit. If your package arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the packaging before opening it and contact us — this helps us process any claim faster.
7. Undeliverable or returned shipments
If a courier is unable to deliver your order after reasonable attempts (for example, an incorrect address or nobody available to receive it), the package may be returned to us. We’ll contact you to arrange redelivery, which may involve an additional shipping charge if the fault was an incorrect address supplied at checkout.
8. Ebooks
Ebooks are not physically shipped. You’ll receive a download link by email, typically within a few hours of your custom story or personalization being finalized.
