These terms govern your use of brambixbooks.com and any order placed with Brambix Books. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. About us
Brambix Books is a single-operator business based in India, producing normal and personalized children’s books and ebooks, shipped within India.
2. Eligibility and parental responsibility
Our products are designed for children, but orders must be placed by an adult — the parent or legal guardian of the child featured in a personalized book. By placing an order involving a child’s name or photo, you confirm that you are that child’s parent or legal guardian and have the authority to consent on their behalf.
3. Products
We offer three types of products:
- Normal books — fixed stories and illustrations, not personalized.
- Predefined personalized books — a fixed story and illustration set where your child’s name and a stylized likeness are inserted.
- Custom personalized books — a storyline you outline is developed into a full story and illustrated specifically for your order.
Illustrations are stylized artistic interpretations based on the photo you provide. We do not promise a photorealistic or exact likeness.
4. Pricing and payment
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely via Razorpay, or via Cash on Delivery where offered. Your order is only confirmed and enters production once payment is verified.
Printed books currently fall under a GST-exempt or nil-rated classification under Indian tax law; ebooks may attract GST at the applicable rate. Please confirm current tax treatment with us if this matters for your invoicing needs.
5. Content you submit
When you submit a child’s name, photo, or a custom storyline outline, you confirm that:
- You own or have the right to submit this content, and have the authority to consent to its use as described in our Privacy Policy.
- The content is appropriate, does not infringe anyone else’s rights, and does not contain hateful, violent, sexual, or otherwise unsuitable material.
We reserve the right to reject or request changes to any submitted photo or storyline that does not meet these standards, or that our automated safety checks flag as inappropriate.
6. Character master approval
For personalized books, we generate a preview illustration (“character master”) based on your photo before producing the full book. You may approve it or request one retry with a different photo. Once approved, this becomes the reference used throughout your book, and further changes may not be possible without a new order.
7. Intellectual property
All story text, illustration styles, character designs, and website content are owned by Brambix Books and may not be copied, reproduced, or resold without our written permission. Your personalized book is for personal, non-commercial use — you’re welcome to treasure it, photograph it, and share it with family, but not to reproduce or sell it.
8. Refunds and shipping

9. Limitation of liability
We aim for every book to be something your family treasures, but to the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to your order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our site after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [YOUR CITY], India.
